Miss Muscles Cookbook- Out of Print!

Weight training diet cookbook gives healthy meal recipes that make weight loss easy.

I want to introduce you to a new weight training diet and exercise fitness diet recipe book by my good friend Sheryl Blystone, a certified personal trainer, competitive natural bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast. Sheryl currently lives in Chesterfield, Michigan. I am really excited about this book. I was appreciative to Sheryl for reviewing my book, "Creating a Dynamite Body". Exercise fitness diets are designed based on eating wholesome food, which makes all the difference, especially when they are fun recipes.

Sheryl has taken this a huge step forward by including many weight training diet recipes that make the eating of wholesome food fun. The variety that she gives makes eating a treat and you will not get bored with this wide selection. However, lets step back and see where Sheryl has come from. The photo above left shows Sheryl in her heavy years. The photo on the right, shows what can happen when you combine a solid weight training diet and an excellent fitness program.

The transformation in Sheryl is utterly amazing! Sheryl got into competitive bodybuilding and competed in two major body building competitions winning 2 second place trophies, 1 first place and 1 overall winner. This young lady is truly amazing. She has the determination and guts to do just about anything. You must read her story in the Miss Muscles ' Meals. It is very inspiring and I do not want to reveal it here. The photo on the left shows Sheryl in her bodybuilding mode. Impressive! Both Sheryl and I agree that the proper diet is the start of it all. A good weight training diet and exercise fitness diet is needed to get you started. The physical fitness part of your program is definitely needed, but you have to have a sound, healthy diet.

I am truly amazed at her progress. Sheryl was so nice to put her dietary ideas into a book format so that you can benefit from her success.
