I want to introduce
you to a new weight training diet and exercise fitness diet
recipe book by my good friend Sheryl Blystone, a certified
personal trainer, competitive natural bodybuilder and fitness

your eating habits for life, if you want long term weight
loss.

all the difference, especially when they are fun recipes.
Sheryl has taken

that she gives makes eating a treat and you will not get bored

The transformation
in Sheryl is utterly amazing! Sheryl got into competitive
bodybuilding and competed in two major body building competitions
winning 2 second place trophies, 1 first place and 1 overall
winner. This
young lady is truly amazing. She has the determination and
guts to do just about anything. You must read her story in
the Miss Muscles ' Meals. It is very inspiring and I do not
want to reveal it here. The photo on the left shows Sheryl
in her bodybuilding mode. Impressive! Both Sheryl and I agree
that the proper diet is the start of it all. A good weight
training diet and exercise fitness diet is needed to get you
started. The physical fitness part of your program is definitely
needed, but you have to have a sound, healthy diet.
I am truly amazed
