Sloppy form and lack of proper direction is prevalent in teenage body builders and, in addition, many adults have never learned the proper methodology for success. There is nothing that will set your teenage weight training program back further than an injury. You must then stop lifting until you heal. That is really hard to do.

If you desire to lose weight, changing bad eating habits will get you there, not fad diets and diet pills.My friend, Brent from Lincoln, Nebraska has been on my program for only 6 months.
