About Me

My name is Mark Russo and I've been a personal trainer since 1997. Physical fitness and weight training have been in my blood since I was in grade school. I like it because whatever your fitness level, you can improve, if your are consistent and persistent.  After years of study, trial and error, thousand of hours in the gym  and university education, I have perfected a program that works with a relatively small time commitment per week. A Clean, Private Gym

After 3 years of study in excercise science at Youngstown State University and many years in the gym, I began my career as a personal trainer in 1997. I initially started my business as a separate business within a large gym in Boardman. After a few years, I started my own private facility with custom-made equipment constructed by a local master equipment designer. My clean, state-of-the-art studio  in Boardman is the perfect environment to work out. It is clean, well-lit and has all the equipment needed. You don't have to pay for a membership or an annual contract, so you can try Fantastic Fitness with minimal risk. We have fun at Fantastic Fitness. Fitness shouldn't be drudgery otherwise you will tire of the grind. We do a lot of laughing and isn't that known to have health benefits? Big time! Give it a try! I know that you will like it. In fact, I am convinced that Fantastic Fitness is the best fitness experience and value in the area.

A Proven System
