Jake Fait Improves His Drive

Jake Fait, an upcoming young golfer in Boardman, came to Fantastic Fitness to increase his strength. He knew that a more powerful swing would allow him to make longer drives and could improve his game. Several months of training resulted in significant strength increases and much-improved driving ability.

Leave the Excess Weight Behind

Two recent clients lost over 100 lbs by following the program. Both thought that they ate more than usual during the program, but it was the right type of food and they were not hungry. In addition, the exercise burns calories and builds muscle which burns calories more rapidly during rest. It is necessary to have a fitness and food modification program that you can adhere to for life. That is why fad diets and extreme fitness programs DO NOT WORK! When you go back to a "regular diet" you will tend to gorge and in no time you are back to your original pre-program weight. Special foods are not recommended. You have to learn to eat intelligently for life. You also must enjoy your eating and sometimes you can have a no-no food- with moderation. We are human!
